We appreciate you expressing interest in our services and we look forward to tailoring our services to your needs.
Appointments are scheduled according to service duration.
Appointments must be made 2 days (48 hours) in advance.
Appointments are only available 30 days in advance, if we are fully booked and for some reason you absolutely require a booking for a specific date/time; please contact us via email at email@example.com with the date/time you would like to schedule for and we will try our best to accommodate your request. *Please note: We require these booking requests at least 4 weeks in advance.
If you would like to receive more information about our services kindly fill out our confidential online client consultation form and we will get back to you within 24 hours in response to your request to book your 30 minute consultation. The cost is $30, which will be applied towards your final total.
Please note all NEW CLIENTS, are required to fill out the consultation form so we are able to document your general medical history and can recommend what would work for you based on your needs.
Prepare For Your Appointment
You will receive a reminder prior to your appointment, please refer to the PREPARE section HERE to prepare for your appointment. Please arrive 5 - 7 minutes prior to your appointment.
No-show & Cancellation Policy
Please be aware the work-space and artist, are booked and made available for appointment to help you with your beauty needs. Please respect the time of all involved!
At the time of your online appointment booking, our scheduling system securely reserves your appointment with your credit card/payment information as no - show protection. A non-refundable deposit amount (retainer fee) of $50 will be charged to your credit card to secure your booking. Deposit will go towards your final amount due. This retainer fee is NON-refundable as we are reserving a large time slot especially for you. If you book the appointment and cancel for any reason, your retainer fee will NOT be refunded.
Depending on the service type, there is a non-refundable fee of between $50 - $100 for No-Shows & Cancellations (for cancellations of less than 2 days/ 48 hours). This ensures serious bookings are given, due attention.
We ask to avoid being charged the cancellation fee, kindly let us know if you would like to cancel at least 2 days/ 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule, your booking deposit can be held for your rescheduled booking if we are given 5 business days notice prior to your appointment. If we do not have 5 business days notice, we will unfortunately need to collect another $100 deposit (retainer fee) to schedule another session, as a short notice rescheduling does not give us enough time to fill the spot and the microblading artist loses money.
Scheduled appointments for the touch up procedure require 2 days/ 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling! The touch up service is included in the original price ONLY when performed within 10 weeks after the initial session. Outside 10 weeks, or if appointments are missed, an additional charge will be incurred.

Late Arrival Policy
Kindly let us know if you are going to be late, 5 - 7 minute appointment may be accommodated but if you are going to show up late by over 7 minutes or miss your appointment (this applies to complimentary touchups as well); you will be marked as "No-Show" within our system.
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate late appointments of over 10 minutes as we schedule clients back to back.
No-show appointments when rebooked will be required to pay the entire non-refundable service fee in advance.
