Scalp Micropigmentation

Scalp Micropigmentation is a non-invasive procedure (with no down-time) that uses detailed micro-needles to deposit pigment into the scalp to create the illusion of fuller hair. It gives the appearance of tiny hair follicles or short hair stubble. The tiny dots are blended in seamlessly with your complexion to create a natural look. Before starting the procedure, the technician will apply topical numbing agent to the scalp to reduce any pain or discomfort, how much discomfort is felt would depend on ones pain tolerance as some clients do fine with no numbing as well.

After the procedure, the area can appear slightly red for 2 - 3 days, but the redness will subside within a day or two.

The length and price of the Scalp Micropigmentation service can vary between 2 - 3 hours and cost between $400 - $2,000 (for 2 - 4 sessions). This service is considered semi-permanent and results can last for up to  8 years. The treated area can fade over the years as the skin is naturally exfoliating itself and a colour boost can easily enhance the look again.
